How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want homeowners who contact Harmpiano Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Harmpiano Heating & Air
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we matched you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start with the provider. Tell them directly, and keep a written record.

Please still tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Know this, though: Harmpiano Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make choices for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@harmpiano.living. Please include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For trouble with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help.
